Bio: Rich Chiappone is the author of three collections of stories and/or essays published in national magazines including Alaska Magazine, Gray’s Sporting Journal, the Sun, and others; and in literaries including Catamaran Literary Reader, Fiction Southeast, The Missouri Review and others. Chiappone teaches in the MFA program at University of Alaska Anchorage. He is a former associate editor at Alaska Quarterly Review, and a former organizer of the Kachemak Bay Writer’s Conference. His debut novel The Hunger of Crows was released November 9, 2021.
