In all my excitement over politics this week (late night electioneering and convention watching every night) and now this latest Sarah news, I almost forgot that I’m a writer, too.
With a book to sign, tomorrow.
If you’re heading north (perhaps for the Alaska State Fair?) stop by Fireside Books in Palmer from 10:30 to 12:30, or Pandemonium Booksellers in Wasilla (yes, THAT WASILLA!) from 1:00 to 3:00.
I’ll be signing hardcover copies of THE SPANISH BOW, while having fun gossiping with fellow author Sherry Simpson, who will be signing THE ACCIDENTAL EXPLORER.
Then I’ll be at the Fair registering voters. (Back to politics. See how quick that was?)
Thank you for stopping by my blog. I love your book. My sister lives in Anchorage (I love Kaladi’s coffee and Title Wave Bookstore) so I will let her know about your book signing. Thanks again!
What a small world! I wasn’t sure who “Amanda” was at first but clicking on your photo I realize you are the “New” New Yorker. Welcome to 49 writers and thanks again for blogging about my book.
And wow–the paperback is out “officially” on 9/8/08! I found the New York Times Sunday Book Review of it from a year ago. The beat goes on!
