And HAPPY SOLSTICE EVERYONE! I just went on an afternoon run with my husband, Brian. As always, he was right in telling me I’d feel more energized if I just got moving. Outside, it was 7 degrees or so, blue shadows underfoot and a bruised-looking sky over the mountains to the east. The sun set (bright red over Cook Inlet) at about 3:40. It was beautiful. And the days only get longer from here.
